We collect this information to process your inspection request, communicate with you, assess relevant characteristics of the assignment, schedule the appointment, provide the requested service and perform necessary administrative follow-up.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Yang Inspection does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers when necessary for website operation, form transmission, hosting, email or delivery of the requested service, subject to applicable privacy requirements.

If a provider processes or stores personal information outside Quebec, Yang Inspection must consider the applicable legal requirements before such disclosure.

6. Hosting and transfers outside Quebec

The hosting provider and form transmission service will be identified and assessed before the public form is activated. Depending on the provider selected, information may be processed outside Quebec. Yang Inspection will assess applicable requirements before enabling such a transfer.

7. Retention and destruction

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and to meet applicable legal, regulatory, contractual or administrative obligations. When no longer required, it is securely destroyed or anonymized where permitted by law and applicable conditions are met.

8. Security

Yang Inspection implements reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information held. The public website must in particular be served over HTTPS. No system, however, can provide an absolute guarantee of security.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

In its initial version, the Yang Inspection website intentionally uses no advertising tool, advertising pixel or behavioural analytics tool added by Yang Inspection. Strictly necessary functions provided by the host may nevertheless be used to operate and secure the service. If our practices change, this policy will be updated and required consent mechanisms will be added where applicable.

10. Your rights

Subject to conditions and exceptions provided by law, you may request access to personal information held by Yang Inspection about you or request that it be corrected.
